Custom Link Chain Bracelet

I ordered a customised version of this bracelet as a gift for my girlfriend around midnight on the 12th of August and it arrived 10am on the 21st of August, so within the 7-9 days as advertised. I was a bit scared by disclaimers on the website about shipping taking longer post-Covid but this seemed not to affect my order. The chain feels sturdy and the engraving in the bracelet is correct. The bracelet looks very much like example pictures on the website. My only issue is that the chain is much longer than I expected… My girlfriend and I both have relatively slim wrists (I’m 5’3 and fit small and sometimes extra small clothing sizes for tops). The bracelet unaltered falls down to halfway down my forearm and, since my girlfriend and I have almost exactly the same sized wrists, I will need to adjust it myself before giving it to her. The website provides no more information than the bracelet being “adjustable” regarding its size, so I was quite surprised by how big the chain is - it feels much longer than usual. I will try to attach a photo for reference - helpfully, the scar I have on my hand/wrist ends at the end of my wrist, so you can hopefully see what I mean about how low the bracelet slips down. I prefer my bracelets to sit just underneath the end of the scar. Luckily, I have quite a bit of experience with making my own jewellery for fun and have the kind of tools I will need for this alteration. I have no other complaints about this product, and no issues at all with the ordering or shipping/delivery process.

I got this bracelet with our anniversary date engraved and every time I look at it, I smile. It feels classy, fits comfortably, and I love how it doesn’t fade even if I wear it every day.

Really nice quality and holds up well in the stable, which is really good!
Would be fun to be able to change the text size in the engravings however! It was very small given the fact that I only had one symbol.
